EllisDon Corp. is general contractor of the 21-storey facility which will include research labs, education and conference space, retail space and three levels of underground parking. The architects for the project are Diamond & Schmitt Architects Inc. and HDR Architecture. Consultants are: Halcrow Yolles (structural); H.H. Angus and Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and du Toit Allsopp Hillier (landscape).
