TORONTO

Paul Richer, a familiar face in the Toronto construction industry, passed away suddenly on May 10 at the age of 64.

Richer of PCL had a long and successful career in the construction industry in Toronto. He was a friend to all who knew him and his straight talk and positive outlook on life will be missed by all.

He was honoured last year in the Toronto Construction Association’s 13th annual “Best of the Best” awards with the Directors’ Honour Roll, which is given to retiring board members who have provided “exceptional and distinguished” service to the association and the industry.

Richer is survived by his wife Colleen, son Noah and his wife Maggie, and brothers Peter (Liz) and Bob (Carolyn). He was a proud grandfather to Averie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations are made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
