Earlier this month, carpentry, drywall and millwright apprentices gathered at Ships Point in Victoria, B.C.’s Inner Harbour for the National Apprenticeship Contest.

Earlier this month, carpentry, drywall and millwright apprentices gathered at Ships Point in Victoria, B.C.’s Inner Harbour for the National Apprenticeship Contest.

United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners Local 1598 was the host of the event, which included both written and practical tests in each of the disciplines. The contests were followed by the Canada Council of Carpenters Convention.
