Prince George's County Fire and EMS spokesman Mark Brady tells news outlets that Francois Odil Dishmey Kelly was working on Aug. 3 on the upper floor of a building under construction when he fell. The University of Maryland Police Department and fire personnel responded shortly after 1 p.m. and pronounced Kelly dead at the scene.

Police said in a statement they don't suspect foul play in Kelly's death.

The school's vice-president of administration and finance Carlo Colella says university police and Maryland Occupational Safety and Health officials will investigate.
