The plans to LEED certify the Montreal office began in April 2016, ahead of the workplace's move to 1001 Boulevard De Maisonneuve Ouest, states a release. EXP now occupies three floors in the centrally located building.

EXP earned LEED points in many categories, notably for being located close to numerous public transit access points and bike paths, energy optimisation, Energy Star certified electronics, availability of showers on every floor, a recycling program and reusing 67 per cent of the furniture from the previous office, the release indicates.
