COBOURG, ONT. — Children and youth with special needs will have a new place to go with the opening of the new Five Counties Children’s Centre in Cobourg, Ont.
The new location, which relocates two older Five Counties Children's Centre branches into a single, new and central location, has larger and more accessible treatment spaces, states a release issued by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
Five Counties offers a range of services for children and youth, including social work, audiology and therapeutic recreation and has additional branches in Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton and Northumberland counties.
