NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) #2017-10
CONSTRUCTION OF CHERRY STREET STORMWATER FACILITY AND SEWAGE PUMPING STATION
Waterfront Toronto (WT) (legally known as Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation) is seeking RFP submissions from companies interested in participating in a Request for Proposal (RFP) for providing construction services to Waterfront Toronto for the construction of the Cherry Street Stormwater Facility and the completion of the Cherry Street Sewage Pumping Station at 480 Lake Shore Boulevard East in the City of Toronto. This RFP is open to all interested firms (hereinafter called “Proponents”) with experience in the required disciplines and resources, as further described in the RFP document.
The project involves the delivery of complex municipal water and wastewater facilities including a building with a high level exposed concrete finish, municipal sanitary, storm and watermain infrastructure, all in a brownfield environment.
OPTIONAL PROPONENT’S MEETING
Please note there will be an Optional Proponent’s Meeting on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Waterfront Toronto’s office at 2:00 pm local (Toronto) time.
Interested Firms who have the requisite experience and resources are invited to submit their proposals for this RFP.

The RFP Document and Addenda specifies all relevant deadlines. Please note the submission deadline for the RFP is July 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. local time.
