MCC REPLACEMENT PROJECT, 17-2919
Staged demolition and replacement of 6 existing MCCs and other electrical panels located in the first-floor electrical room of the old Thermal Conditioning Facility (TCF).
Partial demolition of existing sections of concrete maintenance pads no longer required to support the new MCCs.
Provide, install, and commission 6 MCCs.
Replacement of emergency 600-volt emergency power panel with a new emergency power panel. Provide, install, and commission the new emergency power panel.
Repairs to existing flooring in the electrical room including sealing of existing cored holes no longer required for the new MCCs and addition of new floor tiles in areas where existing concrete maintenance pads have been removed.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft in the amount of $200,000 and the successful vendor must provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond by an approved guarantee company each in the amount 50 per cent of the total tender.

A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the GE Booth WWTP on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.
Tenders will be opened in public on closing date at 12:15 p.m. Please check with Purchasing on the first floor for location. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted .It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure their submission is received by the time and date specified within the document.
