CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE DIXIE ROAD AND
QEW CROSSING SANITARY SEWER, CITY OF MISSISSAUGA, PROJECT 17-2451
This Contract consists of the construction of a 900mm diameter Sanitary Sewer of approximately 740 m in length, including all maintenance holes and associated works. The proposed sewer is to be constructed via open cut method for a length of 82m and via Trenchless methods for the remaining 641m along Dixie Road and under the QEW.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft in the amount of $350,000, Vendor must provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond by an approved guarantee company each in the amount 50 per cent of the total tender.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the Dixie Outlet Mall, 1250 South Service Road, in the East Entrance parking lot off of Dixie Road, (southeast corner of the parking lot in the vicinity of Tim Horton’s) on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
Tenders will be opened in public on closing date at 12:15 p.m. Please check with Purchasing on the first floor for location. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure their submission is received by the time and date specified within the document.
