TOX UNIT 4 REFRACTORY DOME REPLACEMENT,

Vendor shall coordinate with the Pre purchased Equipment Vendor, Ontario Clean Water Agency, Region of Peel, and Black & Veatch during the entire contract for the removal and replacement of the refractory arch dome inside TOX-4 at G.E. Booth (Lakeview) Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Work shall include mobilization, temporary dome support set-up, existing refractory arch dome demolition, new dome forming, and installation of new refractory arch dome, tuyeres, skew blocks and center plug, removal of forms and temporary dome support, and demobilization.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft in the amount of $100,000, and the successful vendor must provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond by an approved guarantee company each in the amount 50 per cent of the total tender.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at 1300 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
Vendors shall bring an authorizing officer to the site meeting to sign a non-disclosure agreement with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Suez, prior to release of addition documents that shall form the scope of Work for this Contract. Alternatively, vendors shall bring a signed non-disclosure agreement to the site meeting. Only vendors that have signed an NDA directly with Suez will be provided the additional drawings and specifications.
Tenders will be opened in public on closing date at 12:15 p.m. Please check with Purchasing on the first floor for location. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure their submission is received by the time and date specified within the document.
