SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT ON VARIOUS STREETS. CITY OF BRAMPTON, PROJECTS 16-2300-F, 16-1340-H1
This Contract encompasses the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the installation of approximately 3,140 linear metres of 250mm diameter Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sanitary sewer, approximately 130 linear metres of 300mm diameter Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sanitary sewer, approximately 75 linear metres of 50mm diameter copper watermain and approximately 370 linear metres of 150mm diameter PVC watermain on Abbey Road, Aintree Crescent, Alton Court, Ashwood Crescent, Basildon Crescent, Bishop Court, Benton Street, Binsell Avenue, Charles Street, Church Street East, Harper Road, June Avenue, McCaul Street, and Pleaseley Road in the City of Brampton. The work to be done includes sanitary sewer, maintenance holes and lateral replacements, rehabilitation of existing maintenance holes, connection of proposed sanitary sewer to existing maintenance hole, removal of existing sanitary sewer, maintenance holes and all appurtenances and restoration of all areas to match existing or better conditions. The work also includes watermain replacement and water service replacement, connections to existing watermain, all appurtenances, decommissioning of existing watermain and restoration of all areas to match existing or better conditions. The above description is general and shall not be construed as limiting the scope of the Contract.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of $300,000, and the successful bidder must provide a bond by an approved guarantee company for 100 per cent of the total tender.
Tenders will be opened in public on closing date at 12:15 p.m. Please check with Purchasing on the first floor for location. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure their submission is received by the time and date specified within the document.
